Visa is the largest global payment processor. The company recorded more than $16 trillion in total volume last year across 200 countries. Visa does not issue credit or debit cards yet it earns substantial revenue from transaction fees and other financial services. Visa is expanding its payments infrastructure into several digital areas. The company is developing AI-powered commerce infrastructure to support automated purchasing and transactions initiated by AI agents. It has issued over 16 billion tokens as part of a tokenization effort aimed at improving authorization rates security and fraud protection in e-commerce. Visa also supports more than 130 stablecoin-linked card programs and is integrating stablecoins such as USDC into its settlement systems to enable faster cheaper cross-border payments.

Visa has delivered 10-11% year-over-year revenue growth for three consecutive years and is expected to deliver similar growth next year. The stock trades at a higher price-to-earnings ratio than the industry average while forward earnings are described as strong in company commentary and analyst materials.

Roku operates in the connected TV (CTV) market where it holds approximately 39% market share. The company has achieved low double-digit revenue growth over the past three years. Roku reported its first profitable quarters since 2021 in its most recent two quarterly earnings reports.

A partnership with Amazon provides combined access to advertising across 80 million CTV households, representing roughly 80% of U.S.-based connected TV reach according to the agreement's stated metrics.

Roku's market valuation peaked at $42 billion in 2021 and subsequently fell by about 75% over the following years. The company currently has a reported valuation of $14.9 billion. Recent quarterly results show a return to profitability alongside the steady revenue growth recorded over the prior three-year period.
