AT&T remains best known for mobile services while expanding its fiber internet footprint. In Q3 2025 broadband revenue increased 16.8% year over year. Fiber represents a small portion of total revenue but subscriber counts sit near 10 million indicating room for growth relative to legacy lines of business.

The company introduced Express Waves, a wavelength service that supplies high-capacity fiber connectivity to enterprises cloud providers and data centers. Wavelength services allocate distinct capacity lanes on fiber infrastructure for individual customers. There are no publicly identified customers for Express Waves yet though the company has existing fiber assets and brand recognition ahead of potential large-scale data center deals.

AT&T records more than $120B in consistent annual revenue. The stock trades at an 8.3x price to earnings ratio and the dividend yield is 4.28%. As a mature operator its revenue growth is moderate while new product initiatives aim to expand growth opportunities.

Homebuilder equities have lagged the broader market though conditions show signs of improvement. Mortgage rates are at their lowest point in over a year and are expected by many market participants to decline further as the Federal Reserve moves through a rate cutting cycle. Major builders such as D.R. Horton Lennar and Toll Brothers trade in the 10–12 times earnings range compared with the S&P 500's approximate 30x multiple.

Industry revenue has been flat or slightly down this year. Recent housing metrics showed new home sales rising about 20% month over month and roughly 15% year over year. Inventory has tightened to approximately 7.4 months of supply from near 9 months earlier in the year.
